This Privacy Policy explains how Rank Rebels LLC ("RankRebels," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rankrebels.ai (the "Site") or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), and any message you provide.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data through analytics — for example pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and referring links — via cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept via our cookie banner; if you decline, analytics cookies are not stored. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out add-on.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our website chat and forms from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may collect and process information about your device and browser (such as browser characteristics, IP address, and interaction signals) to confirm you are a human and not a bot. This runs in the background and does not use tracking cookies to follow you across sites. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare; see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a website/SEO audit or proposal.
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services and the Site.
• To communicate with you about your request or our services.

We do not sell your personal information.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

• Supabase — securely stores contact/lead submissions.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and bot/abuse protection (Turnstile).
• Resend — delivers our email notifications.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

When you text Brandon Cruz's contact line at (808) 468-3897, which is operated by Rank Rebels LLC, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of your messages, and the date and time they were sent. An AI assistant may read and reply to your messages on Brandon's behalf, and we use this information only to reply to you, pass your message to Brandon, and keep a record of the conversation.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in or consent data, or your messages with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share this information only with the service providers that help us deliver and store messages, for example Twilio (message delivery), ElevenLabs (AI assistant), Cloudflare and Supabase (hosting and secure storage), and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose it if required by law.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation. See our SMS Terms at rankrebels.ai/sms-terms.

We keep SMS conversation records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship with you, then delete or anonymize them. To request deletion, email brandon@rankrebels.ai.

Data retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond and to manage our business relationship, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. California (CCPA/CPRA) and EU/UK (GDPR) residents have additional rights, including the right to request a copy or deletion of personal data. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
